Fifty plus chaperones are needed for this trip to be successful. Thankfully in the past, parents and guardians have willingly volunteered their time to help make this a wonderful experience for the 6th grade students. I am hopeful that this year will be the same as previous years in that we have many wonderful parents willing to help. Any parent who volunteers to chaperone for all 3 days is allowed to go as long as the necessary forms, fees, and meeting requirements are met. Space is limited at the camp, so if an enormous amount of parent sign up to chaperone some may be unable to go.

Below is the form for background checks, all volunteers must fill one out before attending camp, many of you may have already filled this out for volunteering in your child's school.
Chaperone Meeting Agenda - Chaperones must attend a mandatory meeting that covers their responsibilities during camp as well as gives a purpose and understanding for the important role chaperones play. Currently, that meeting will be scheduled in April 12th, at Ben Franklin multipurpose room, starting at 8:00.
